If you have closed on your new Heartland Home, register below for a chance to win a $250 gift certificate!

The gift certificate shall be valid for 2 years from the date of receipt at any Rex Glass location or similar location owned by Rex Glass & Mirror Co. Inc. One entry shall be chosen at random during January of the following year from all registrations received during the calendar year. Only registrations from Heartland Homes' customers that had a shower enclosure installed by Rex Glass shall be accepted. Limit one entry per address. Odds of winning are approximately 1 in 500.
